I need some help with this problem. We had a vibration analyst "expert" brought in to evaluate and improve our vibration program a week ago. He has somehow screwed up two of our work stations. My computer and one of my coworker's computer both have this problem.
I am working in Vibration Analysis mode. When I open a waveform, place my cursor anywhere out in the waveform and run through the fault frequencies AMS only populates frequencies to the left of the cursor. And these frequencies seem to be incorrectly spaced. If I open an Autocorrelated waveform everything works fine.

This is with the units set to Revolutions. If the units are set to Time everything works fine.

I believe the problem is in the setup options but I do not know how to correct it. Emerson was less than helpful all day yesterday.

I have attached pictures of the problem. I have circled the option that I believe is causing the issue. One of my coworker's computer doesn't have the "Plus" option  or this problem. We are using Version v5.61.

Emerson tech support just called back to inform us that this is a known issue with v5.6 and that it was corrected or fixed in v5.7.

One thing you need to be careful with. 2130 won't work with 5.7. Emerson / CSI don't tell you this. Bit naughty IMO. To me they claimed some sort of Microsoft reason and 2130 not being compatible or certified with  W10.  rgds
