I ran a couple of coast down tests and now I cannot get the data to transfer from the VB-7 to the Ascent software.

The data is on the collector, I can see it. But I cannot even get the AP set to show up on the database.

I am running Ascent Level 3, 2015 version.

Any ideas?

Aubrey, have you accomplished this task in the past or is this something new?

The procedure is well covered in the Ascent software manual, section 7 as I recall.

This is new to me on a VB-7.

I see how to import and export files. I have done it plenty of times.

I just don't know how to get the coast down data from the VB-7 to Ascent. I can see it in the data collector.

All of my other data (route) downloaded fine.

Hi John,

Sorry about not getting back to this but a quick job came up I had to run to.

I tried to upload the data from the VB-7 to a USB stick. The VB-7 doesn't see the thumb drive. Nice...

I did get a backup from the VB-7 to my desktop using the Ascent software. It is under Tasks in the configure pane.

I Proflashed my data collector and then reloaded the VB-7 backup back to the data collector. The coast down data was still there. But I still cannot get it to upload to the computer.

Looks like my data collector is borked. Yee Hiiii

Thanks for the advice,
