Anyone got some tips on how to clear the notes below.
I can change settings to prevent the error notes in the first place but would also like to clear the list for when I want to make a field note.
Thanks in advance for any help

Are you talking about the Bad Reading Detected notes? Not sure how to get rid of them but there are settings to prevent those all together in the first place which usually has something to do with minmum and maximum levels somewhere. That note will be generated from either of those. Also can you not just delete a note in your analyser as you need to add a new one?

Go to the machine in Plotdata, and open any plot for any point on the machine. Click on the Notes icon on the top menu bar, and you will see the option to Delete note on the right.

G,day sinski
Yeah mate, l'm aware of the high and low settings and the analyser side of deleting and creating notes, but was wondering how to clear the list like in screen shot, this is a shared d/b that I dont usually use, (see other post you commented on where everything is 1490 rpm)

I checked and its virtually the same in VA tab....so that's one less thing you'll have to learn in transition 😉

But guys, surely you are preloading these notes in your database (which then loads to your meter with any route) so you don't have to type every note in the field.....[frown]

Rusty i have seen the part of MHM that facilitates pre-loading notes but havent bothered.
I make 1 or 2 word notes on specific things I see in the field that arent in the generic list. and this maybe only once per site per visit so not a biggy

Nok, deleting notes en masse... "stored data management".  I have a situation with a problematic 2130 that generates bad sensor all the time - for every point - and not on other 2130 or 40's for same route.  Not related to the max/min levels mentioned earlier or any other DB settings and we (Inc IS) have gone through all 21** units (thing 5) and could not find anything. Easy in "stored data management". rgds
