Hi, my name Zona Amrulloh.

My company have a CSI 2130 (used product, buy from online at May 2016), with default base firmware version are 7.3.x (CSI 2130 Versions.png).
CSI 2130 normal operation from online store and normal operation to take data & balancing procedure.

Detailed product:
CSI 2130 RBM Consultant
SN: 00100022 (CSI 2130 Home Screen Inactive.png).
From history, this CSI 2130 before us was owned by Bennett Electric, USA.

I saw in internet (youtube), that CSI 2130 display can be remote display to PC (external display).
So, i download firmware (CERDisplay2.exe) and will upload it to CSI 2130.
I read manual CSI 2130, that firmware installed via Program Manager.

Unfortunately, i was upload older base firmware (5.3.x version) by pressing ALT + Power, and then all installed Downloadable Programs (Adv. Analyze, Route, Balance, Alignment & ODS Modal) become inactive (CSI 2130 Home Screen Inactive.png).

I was try to connect with Program Manager, it was connected to laptop, but it say "All program are up to date" (CSI 2130 Updated.png).

Original laptop where AMS Suite installed & 2130 firmware files saved only have 5.3.x versions (CSI 2130 Laptop.jpeg).
There are no backup files for 7.3.x versions.

Can anybody solve my problem? Or suggestion about it?

Zona, I am not sure I fully understand your problem, but you will need to contact customer service at Emerson (CSI) to sort this out. The firmware issues are a reason to think carefully before buying used analyzers of any brand. Best to discuss firmware with the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) before purchasing a used analyzer.

Zona,

You need to contact an Emerson local business partner that handles your area.  Ask them to change the ownership information and I suggest you buy a support agreement so you could get the latest version of the firmware and the downloadable program.  

The latest version of the firmware is 9.3.15.0.

Dear Nerraw,

I was contact them in Indonesia, Singapore & US, but there are no support yet.

But this problem was solved by my self.
I was used advanced setting at analyzer & AMS Suite. IMG_20170329_145604.jpg
