Hi Pete,

As Walt days it needs to be a parameter set up in your AP set. I first always look at my Peakvue peak trend and not the RMS...as Peakvue is by it's definition Peak and not an average RMS.

The autocorrrelation is good in peakvue to see what is the main source of the impact, it's fun looking at gears or compressor rotors in the autocorrrelation circle plot.

All the best
James

My earlier question about displaying the peak trend was not formulated well (I was going from memory).  Let me try again.

If I click on the Peakvue point (we call it 1P) in the hierarchy of the VA tab, there is underneath it both a peakvue overall value (which I'm not interested in) and a max peak wave  (that I'm interested in).

When I click on 1P, what displays is  a 3-item display (trend, spectrum, twf) which is created according to options / "selection type preferences".   The problem is that the trend it shows in this three-item display is that overall trend, not the peak trend.   I could certainly click on Max Peak Wave in the hierarchy to see the peak trend, but I'd rather have it pop up immediately on the display with trend/spectrum/twf  (because I prefer to page down through the positions to scroll through all the 3 item displays quickly).

QUESTION: Can I make the three item display show peak trend instead of overall trend?

fyi - attached is screenshot to illustrate my question (slide 1) and AP Set summary associated with this screenshot on slide 2.
