I have seen a VERY large key come out of a motor. Millwright had just used electrical tape. Wont' make that mistake again.

I threw a lathe tool holder across the workshop while balancing in a lathe on third start with the same hose clamps, they broke the third start.... We had the workshop evacuated before and nobody in the way but it broke 1 window in a 2 glass window in the other end of the place. They made a aluminium cover when we proceeded and I rarely use hose clamps after that, at lest not that brand.... It is the only substantial thing I have thrown around so far.
