Interesting, when Icare came and demo'd the iris-m camera for us, they were also pushing their IOT box. We also have an IOT box. Everyone seems to have an IOT box. Why did you choose theirs?

Well, it was found that these guys have sold CSI as way back as we did and we worked together previously so we had some mutual cred and they had no functional reseller here and I needed a IOT solution for the trade fair being in the IOT area so as many times is the case, in some way by chance and coincidence. I had some references from this forum and a previous brand we were resellers for and it looks decent. I also as a human never indulge in being short cut addicted it is anyway fun that they applied a lot of MT/MHM analysis shortcuts in the FFT handling, it may be of some use somewhere as we sold a lot of CSI route collectors here back in the day. Also having Ex. is good. We have some petrochemical places that also are MHM users but that may also be common, I don't know. Got the demo now and testing so we will see.

Interesting, I wasn't aware of the modified Hung method, but then again, I FFT is still more or less a blackbox for me. Has CSI also used that?

Oli,

Nice job.  Is that the Yankee that you were working on about a year or two ago?

Did you or some other person with proper experience supervise the selection, installation and set-up of the system?

No it's not mine. Icare guys have worked with CSI products as long as we have and are still importing to Europe so they have all the skills and experience and they developed WiCare system. They are actually a major part of what used to be CSI Europe once. I-DNA is a enhanced version of the Knoxville product made by a guy working on the actual next gen version in Knoxville after he got early retirement and he was hired by ICare and as you can see, it works the same or better.

Has anyone here had end-user experience with these products?

Our company has recently warmed to the idea of wireless and this seems to be one of the better wireless solutions I've come across yet.

Borrow a kit and test, every plant and machinery are different, there are some references from like cement industry and various chemical since they are sites that cover significant areas where the technology is effective.
