is the 10669 a multiple of blade pass?

At the base of this peak there is a small haystack, this typically indicates natural frequency.

Could be 1/3 or 1/2 of a gearmesh that is "singing"
Could be the natural frequency of shaft/gear/bearing exciting the 10669

Notice any other things not normal, like cone is buzzing, as others stated coupling condition, recent maintenance activities/history of cooling tower

I'm not sure what brand you have, but the 6x could very well be the coupling. Here's an exploded view of our Marley driveshafts, and the 6x could be from worn bushings.
