Hi All,

I'm just squashed on an awkward table at the moments whilst on site. Thus not in my office where I couuld spend more time on this.

Wondering if anyone can tell me the ISO equivalent number for and SKF FSYE 2 15/16"?

Any help appreciated.  rgds

With respect to this bearing, I'm not certain what you mean by "ISO Equivalent" but see if the attached is of any help.  I do note on page 3 near the bottom a notation of "Replacement bearing 22215".

Thanks for that john, much appreciated.  I guess I should have asked for the ISO equivalent bearing number.

ISO 10317:2008 describes the designation system for rolling bearings.

So for 22215

The first 2 designates bearing type. Double Row spherical Rolling element Bearing
The second 2 indicates width series
The second 2 indicates diameter series.  Together the 2nd and 3rd digits comprise the dimension series.
Last 2 digits multiplied by 5 gives the shaft size on which the bearing fits.

The CSI bearing database does not really have the FSYE 2 15/16 style of bearing ID's.

Thanks again. rgds
