How do you keep up with the million things you have to do, and more importantly, remember to do?

I have tried a number of systems and apps. Right now I'm using Todoist. It works well on a number of platforms. I especially like natural language scheduling it uses. For instance, if I dictate (or type) " call Joe next Tuesday at 9 AM" I get a task simply labeled "Call Joe" that is automatically scheduled for Tuesday at 9 AM.

It's a fairly robust app, but a little quirky. I used to use one called 2Do which is feature rich, but has no Windows desktop client. Todoist runs on Windows, iOS, Android, and has a web client. Probably runs on Apple PCs as well.

I use an iPhone app called calendar 5
Works with natural language as well and has gps so it knows when I'm at a certain customers and as I create appointments they syncs with iOS native calendar and it populates my outlook calendar,

I don't have to worry about a Todo list.

My wife doesn't have an issue telling me what to do.

Thank goodness,  [biggrin]

I used to use something called Wunderlist but don't find the need in retirement.  It seems like it was acquired by Microsoft a few years ago, although it is far from being limited to Windows.  Give it a try for an alternative...https://www.wunderlist.com/

I have used several task management software and I can say that Fluxes.com has the best tool I have ever used. It's a free web based program with unlimited use for unlimited team members. There are many useful features in the app to surely impress a project manager.
