Triax with temperature. 1-11 Khz on major (x) axis, 2500 hertz on y/z. 2 year battery life. 32,000 points in TWF (16,000 lines). Sensor Price: $400-500 .

Sensor -3 dB is 32 Khz and we will be upgrading with firmware to sample at 100 Khz soon. This will allow PeakVue like readings and ultrasonic as well. Magnet/epoxy/stud mounting.

You should look at the shimming of that housing. It may be the cause of their bearing issues as most bearing housings require full shims, not motor tab shims.

Are you trsacking machine speed with a tach or operators just run up tp a particular speed and stay there for a bit.  Sounds like the wireless sensors are really coming down in price. To date I have done probably 18 rewinders order tracking on board machines because the stable speed part of the speed profile was really too short.  And rider rolls do carry on a lot.  From the fault frequencies I think levels are certainly not high iny experience. rgds

Levels are 10x the drive side and 40 degrees F temp difference. I think it's toast. Find out soon when they change it out.
